Diverse Works has been serving the northwest since 2004 and is a licensed contractor in Oregon and Washington. We are a Certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, Woman-Owned Business Enterprise, and Emerging Small Business. We also have the SCS certification for King county. We believe in an honest and fair approach to construction that helps us retain ongoing work with the top General contractors in the region.
We consider ourselves as a mid size contractor with capacity to preform contracts as large as $500,000.00

Elastomeric coatings
We offer a wide range of weather protective coatings for a variety of substrates. Elastomeric coatings are a great option for areas prone to water issues.
Polyurethanes
With many poly systems available, Diverse Works has committed ourselves to adhering to product recommendations and guidelines to assure that all architectural substrates are prepped and applied by the book to assure the quality for the life of the coatings to our clients. We also recommend and advise on alternatives.
Anti-graffiti systems
Diverse Works offers all anti Graffiti systems. We have successfully completed many projects around the North West including projects for Tri Met.
Commercial Architectural coatings
We offer a full line of commercial Coatings including 0 and low VOC materials. This includes New construction, TI, Repaints, Interior, and exterior.
Epoxies
We offer a wide range of epoxy coating from all major manufactures. We have over 25 years experience in prep and application of these coatings.
Water repellent
Being one of the most important parts of the envelope we are proud to offer top of the line water repellant coatings. We also offer VE options when needed.
Intumescent coatings
Diverse Works offers Intumescent fire resistive coatings. We are certified with Carboline, Islotek and Albi. Our state of the art application and QC equipment assures that we can deliver the product as speced.
